Job Summary - Odoo Sales Specialist

The individual will be responsible for leveraging the Odoo suite to drive sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy: Utilize the Odoo platform to develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  2. Lead Management: Use Odoo’s CRM tools to manage and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
  3. Customer Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations showcasing how Odoo’s applications can meet potential clients' business needs.
  4. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  5. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular sales reports using Odoo’s reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience in selling ERP solutions like Odoo.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems, specifically Odoo CRM.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and tie them to customer needs

Certifications

Certification in Odoo or other ERP systems is highly advantageous.

Experience

At least 1-3 years of sales experience, with a focus on ERP or software-as-a-service (SaaS) products..

Other details

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with opportunities for travel to client sites and industry conferences.
  • This role may require own car to visit client sites and attendance at industry events.
