• We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team.
• In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and configuring the Odoo ERP system to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
• Your expertise in analyzing business processes and translating them into effective Odoo solutions will be key to our success.

• Odoo Implementation: Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with the client's business processes and operational needs.
• Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements, identifying how Odoo's features and capabilities can best meet their business objectives.
• Configuration and Customization: Configure Odoo modules to fit client requirements, working closely with technical teams for any required customization.
• Training and Support: Provide training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the Odoo system. Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting
• Process Improvement: Analyze existing client processes and recommend improvements or optimizations using Odoo's functionalities.
• Project Management: Coordinate with project stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure the project is delivered within scope and budget.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation on the configuration, processes, and user guides related to Odoo implementation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field..
• Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Certifications

Certification in Odoo or other ERP systems is highly advantageous.
