• We are seeking a knowledgeable Odoo Trainer to educate and train clients and internal teams on the use and application of the Odoo ERP software.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Odoo's suite of applications and possess the ability to convey complex information in an accessible and engaging manner.
• The Odoo Trainer is a critical role that directly impacts the successful adoption and utilization of the Odoo ERP system by clients and internal users.
• As an Odoo Trainer, you will ensure that users are well-equipped to use the system effectively, thereby enhancing their operational productivity and satisfaction.

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on the Odoo ERP system, tailored to the needs of various audiences, including end-users, administrators, and IT professionals.
• Create educational materials, such as user manuals, guides, videos, and tutorials.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest updates and features of the Odoo ERP platform.
• Gather feedback from trainees and clients to continuously improve training materials and methods.
• Assist in the implementation and setup of the Odoo system for new clients, providing hands-on training during the process
• Work closely with the implementation team to understand specific client needs and tailor training accordingly.
• Provide post-training support to clients and internal staff, addressing any questions or challenges they face
• Collaborate with the Odoo community to share best practices and stay informed on effective training methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a trainer, with specific experience in ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• In-depth knowledge of the Odoo platform and its various modules.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex subjects in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and to work with groups of varying sizes.
• Proficiency in creating training materials and using educational technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Odoo training or equivalent experience.
• Experience with software implementation and support.
• Understanding of business processes and how ERP systems enhance operational efficiency.

Certifications

Certification in Odoo or other ERP systems is highly advantageous.

Experience

• At least 3-5 years specializing in training, with a focus on ERP systems or similar technical subjects..
• Prior experience in a training role within a technology or software company is highly desirable.
