Job Title :

We are looking for a a full time Corporate support specialist . The ideal candidate is an administrative person with sufficient experience in accounting and human resource management. With experience of proficiency in using Odoo ERP System (Purchasing, Accounting, HR).

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and reviewing compensation and benefits packages & Offers.
  • Recruitment Process and candidates selection procedures and forecast.
  • Design & implement Corporate Behaviour indicators and corporate policies.
  • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislations.
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Handle Corporate Logistics activities and purchases.
  • Monitor budgets by departments Costs and performance.
  • Manage bookkeeping activities and Financial Accounting Reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process in Turkey
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Turkish, English and arabic is plus).
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Team management skills.
  • BSc/MSc in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or relevant field.

  • Achieve 90% of Employee satisfaction rates.
  • Achieve 90% Budget performance.
  • Complete 90% from Training and development programs.
  • Master using Odoo ERP system for (Purchase, Accounting, HR)
