We are seeking an organized and dynamic Odoo Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to the implementation and deployment of the Odoo ERP system across our client base.

The successful candidate will work closely with Odoo Techno Functional, Consultants, developers, and clients to ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget while aligning with the client's business processes.

The Odoo Project Coordinator is instrumental in ensuring that our clients' transition to the Odoo platform is smooth and successful.By leveraging your project coordination expertise and knowledge of Odoo ERP, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our project delivery capabilities.

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information related to Odoo ERP implementations.
• Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals with clients and staff.
• Assist in the development of project strategies and ensure that project objectives align with company goals..
• Collaborate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Act as the point of contact for all participants, providing updates and gathering feedback.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
• Work with the Odoo development team to address customization requirements.
• Use Odoo tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. 

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role with experience in project management, from conception to delivery..
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Expert with Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo project management tools.
• BSc in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Odoo ERP and its various applications.
• Understanding of business and functional requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management principles.

Certifications

Certification in Odoo or other ERP systems is highly advantageous.

Experience

• At least 2-4 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in the technology or software industry.
• Experience coordinating ERP implementation projects is highly desirable
